In the back of the book, the answers are given in a detailed step-by-step manner, allowing you to check your work and figure out your mistakes. Good book for learning dosages.

Great Tool!

I am starting a nursing program in September of this year and have to take a test on the second day of school (need to get 100%). I am unable to take the course that was offered over this summer, therefore have to rely on my own abilities with this book. This book has been a godsend!! Math is definitely my weakness so I was worried as to how I'd do. I am doing really well!! Each chapter has a pretest, review, worksheets, and posttest. Very self-explanatory and to the point....Can't say enough....Thanks to this book, I am confident that I will be ready for the test!

Decent read by a backpacker who experienced some horrific things

Good book. This travel read, of course, is all true and actually happened. These guys took risks and experienced tragedy. It's a good read for someone who is interested to travel to Thailand's beaches---know what things to avoid.

Oddly Inspirational

With its laddish overtones, ribald; almost crass style, I wanted to dislike this one from the start. The trouble was I could not put it down. It's all those things I always believed makes for a bad read - bad grammer, worse punctuation, simple and linear plot - and yet here I am giving the damn thing the thumbs up. The reason being, I think, is that John, the hapless protagonist, conveys his story to us without the usual analysis. It's writing brfore writing became so self-concious.

A wonderful narrative of life and customs in India in the 70s. This book provides a good insight into the political and social set up in India at a time when the impact of globalization was not as strongly felt as it is today. India is a conglomerate of so many different cultures and religions, so I was pleased to find that this book accurately describes the nuances of conducting oneself in a society that is strongly guided by cultural and religious differences. Hope to see more books from this author.

Let me start by saying Mz Lady P is an excellent author and I am a fan of her work. I also like the fact that she doesn't make you wait forever in between book releases. Shan presents is killing the game right now.
Although I have enjoyed thug and Tahari's journey as well as the other characters, I'm afraid it's more than time to end this series. The storylines of break ups to make up, long lost family members, kidnapping and faking death are in overkill and becoming very redundant. The addiction of Python and his family ties completely threw me off. So let me see if I have this right. Tahari is his granddaughter/niece, which makes her Marquese's niece/cousin, Marquese is also her husband Thug and her sister T'jay's cousin, Ta'jay who is alsoThugs sister is also his granddaughter/niece and she's also the niece/cousin of Quanie who has kids by her mother peaches. (BLANK STARE) I don't need to go on, you get the point. Not only that but Serpent, Phyton, Snake, and Venom, Really??? I say all of that to say this, DON'T RUIN a classic by dragging this story on longer than it has to be.The ending in thug passion 4 was a perfect ending to their story. I'm not really sure how this SPIN OFF ended up being right back about Thug and Tahari. Hopefully the next book will be the last of this series and Mz Lady can bring us some new bangers!!s

Reasons why I hate sequels

In thug paradise one the story line was about thug little protege King and his girl Gucci ..with appearances from thug and tahari I was cool with that . But 2 and 3 is basically about thug and tahari LIKE do these authors re read over their work before writing or releasing something new . I also don't like how un realistic this story was too me . So all of a sudden everybody connected in some type of way . Thank god for kindle limited

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this series

Let me start by saying that I absolutely love this series, as a matter of fact I've read it over again multiple times and still fall in love with it all over again! That was the good, the bad at the beginning of the book Thug mentions how his daughter Ka'Jaime a has been such a big help with the younger kids when they assume Tahari is dead and how he has to do something special since she'll be 11 soon, fast forward to little later in the book when he is being schooled on love by Ka'Jaire Jr (KJ) he says that he is 9, but wouldn't they be the same age because they're twins? My other issue is that at the end of Thug Passion 4, Ta'Jay and Sarge had another son after losing their daughter, but he doesn't even exist in this book, as she only references one. I'm not sure if too much time passes for some of these authors to remember what they wrote, but it's little things such as this that often makes it difficult to read along with editing. And as someone else mentioned, the other Pov that were introduced weren't necessary and kind of distracted from the rest of the story. Overall it was a good book.

I am not a beginning baker but for some reason the 3 recepies I have tried so far were all a failure. I now rely on other books that i have been more sucessful with. Too bad, the pictures looked great and I initially got excited when receiving the book

Exceptional Gluten and Lactose Free French Pâtisserie Recipes

Ok, the book's in french, but if you're gluten and lactose free, this is quite simply the best French pâtisserie cooking book available for those suffering from intolerance or allergy issues. The recipes are delicious. I've tried out many with great success. Some are accessible to beginners, others are a little more technical, but the results are quite simply exceptional!
